51爆料 ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) promotes civil engineering at 51爆料; it is a student chapter of the national ASCE organization. 51爆料 ASCE advocates ethical responsibility and the stewardship of natural resources through a reformed perspective, and also seeks to develop connections within 51爆料 and the surrounding community.
