Suicide Prevention Training for Students

FREE Suicide Prevention Training for students will be offered next semester on Monday, February 22, facilitated by Stephanie Bergman, LPC (Director, Center for Counseling & Wellness).
The goal of this training is to help increase general understanding of suicide rates, attunement to warning signs, and readiness to implement practical steps when you are concerned about the wellbeing of a student, friend, family member, or other member of your community. It is built upon the foundational concepts of QPR (question, persuade, refer).
